JAVEL® AQUA Drinking Water Purification Tablets
Access to clean drinking water is key in emergencies and therefore, effective water disinfection forms basis for any humanitarian response during natural or man-made disaster. JAVEL® AQUA chlorine tablets are quick means for provision of safe drinking water to populations trapped in crisis.
Water soluble tablets can be used for disinfection of water from unknown or dubious sources. As an effective biocide, they eliminate microorganisms present in water and prevent potential gastric problems related to it. This product is defined in accordance to European standards EN (12931, 12933) as a chemical substance used in the purification of drinking water in cases of epidemiologic threats (cholera, typhoid, dysentery, intestine disorders), the NaDCC active substance is recommended by the World Health Organization in the “Guidelines for Drinking-Water Quality”.
JAVEL® AQUA tablets are light, easy to transport and have long shelf-life. Their bactericidal, sporicidal, viricidal and fungicidal qualities have been confirmed by numerous research and testing.
